Rev. Dr. Caron M. Allen

Dr. Caron Allen is the founder and CEO of the Thriving In the Midst Ministries (TITM). She lives with the purpose of teaching people, specifically women, how to thrive in the midst of life's most challenging circumstances by practically applying the Word of God to their lives. Since the Bible ensures us there will be tribulations (Psalm 34:19; Romans 5:3) we must learn how to not only endure the trials but thrive in spite of them. We must learn how to use adversities to enrich our lives and draw closer to God. To that end, Dr. Allen has developed and presented conferences for professional and Christian organizations at the local and national level. In addition to preaching, teaching, facilitating conferences, and book signings, Dr. Allen can be engaged to address the following topics: ministry organization, leadership, career development, women’s issues in the criminal justice system, and cultural diversity. Dr. Allen is the author of From Whence They Came; the Genealogical History of an African American Family.
